We so enjoy our time of faith, family & love at the River Christian Church. Some of us have been fellowshipping together since the 1980's. We've been around long enough to see couples get married, have babies and then see them grow up to be parents themselves.
However, one of our most favorite things is when someone new joins us for one of our Sunday Services. You'll have to excuse us, as sometimes we get so excited to see new faces that we might greet you with great enthusiasm.
Hopefully, you'll forgive us! We're just built this way.
Here are a few common questions that some of our newcomers might have:
What is it like?
- We're a very friendly, Spirit-filled church, which simply means we love our times of prayer, worshipping and learning messages from the Bible.
What about my kids?
- We'll be honest. We love kids of all ages! We have Sunday school programs for all children and nursery care for your babies and toddlers.
Where do I park?
- We're blessed with a beautiful facility in west Reno where parking is never a problem. You'll have no issues finding a spot to park of your choosing.
What do I wear?
- Some of us enjoy dressing up for Sundays, while others prefer casual attire. Both are always welcome.
How can I get connected?
- Because of the size of congregation (not too small...not too large) you'll find connecting with us about as easy as it gets. If you let someone in the church know that you would like to get involved, they will help you get connected.
